OMG OF THE WEEK

Greetings Hairballers,

I’m still on the filibuster.  We’ve seen Jimmy Stewart in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington over and over on MSNBC.  That was a movie.  It was fiction.  Yes, it showed how the filibuster used to be but it’s still a movie—not the real thing.

Rand Paul did an old fashioned filibuster recently and compared his endurance to Thurman.  Not his message, his endurance.  Get it right.

After all the hoopla about Paul doing this, I don’t even remember the subject of his filibuster.

Please, TV talking heads, compare real to real.  How stupid do you think we are?
